When it comes to those sticks, I actually set something similar up in a design for a coat I was going to make. As far as combat goes though I planned on putting them on the side of the arm, parallel to the bone, rather than on top of the wrist. In that configuration they can assist in blocking and striking even when still sheathed. Just a thought.

good idea, but this concept was done a long time ago for the comicon challenge which is well over its due date so unfortunately it wont be of any help to change the idea, haha, thanks anyway

This looks like how Robin would appear in a Christopher Nolan movie, if he didn't hate the character. Definitely meant as a compliment.

Thanks, Yeah I had to keep some sort of color resemblance to the original with off course darker shades and non-gloss colors, otherwise it would seem too much a different character I think
