The 3 stages of shikai are:
Some no mai, Tsukishiro (First Dance, White Moon)

Tsugi no mai, Hakuren (Next Dance, White Ripple)

San no mai, Shirafune (Third Dance, White Sword)

The one you did was the first stage.

Her zanpakutou is called Sode no Shirayuki (Sleeve of the White Snow)
