So here's what the final submission looks like, hope I get a mention, its really disappointing when all the hard work doesn't get even noticed, but hey at least it becomes a learning curve to improve

I really love all the personality in this. Your flow of moment is fluid enough to keep her feminine, but her stances are strong and well imply her physical strength. The fact that her mask even has it's own flare really impresses me too! C=

All your time invested in this looks like it really paid off. This is a beautiful turn around and really clears up anything about the character's looks that you couldn't derive from the original piece.

P.s.-> Your muscle definition just awes me. How do you personally find the balance between too much and too little when it comes to making an athletic female?

Thank you very much. About the muscle thing, its due to years of collecting reference images and having muscle anatomy images in front of you. I have a few sheets with muscle structures for front side and back for female and male which is always great to reference from when adding muscles to a acertain character. With females its about showing only the major muscle definitions and keeping them smaller and softer for an athletic feel. You must consider what sort of character the female (or any character) is and then picture a background story to her and what muscles she would be using through that story and then work on showing definition for them used muscles. Also I would recommend just browsing through images of women body builders, athletes and so forth and compare with mens on the same categories, hope that helps :D

Ah, yes, muscle anatomy would help with knowing where to place them beneath the skin, huh? I never really took anything for muscle anatomy, myself, it was something that always was hard to grasp and kind of confusing. I suppose anything is like that when you first start out though. xD

That helps a lot! Thanks so much for that! I'm so copying that comment into a notepad for future ref. x3

Thanks, does my gender matter if the art is what is the most importance, It'd be easy to tell you but it'll be worthwhile if you check my ID and figure it out, lol
